Bringing a boat with you... NorthShore Marina
*Note that the Hollows boat ramp is currently closed due to low water levels.

The NorthShore Marina provides lake-goers with everything possible for a safe and fun-filled experience on Lake Travis. A full-service ship store with gas and refreshments and two of the largest commercial trams on Lake Travis, the NorthShore Marina has everything you need to get on the water." You can launch your boat and store your trailer for free at the neighborhood ramp located only a few minutes from the condo. Boat storage at marina will have a fee.

*There is a gate code needed to enter the NorthShore Marina from the hollows. It is in your checking in info, but if you can't find it contact your host at Kara at 512-879-8573
*Note that the NorthShore marina does not rent boats but if bringing your own boat it can be stored overnight for fee.
Beach Club
The Hollows beach club is a private resort-style amenity center with 3 pools, a seasonal spa, and a restaurant with full-service bar and grill providing poolside service. The spa is heated seasonally in the winter months from Friday morning through Monday morning (stopping for summer after memorial day weekend). The restaurant opens for the summer starting May 9th. There are 2 propane BBQ grills, a smoker, covered seating under a pavilion with fireplace, a playground, and an amphitheater. Just a five-minute walk from the marina, the Beach Club has endless entertainment for the whole family. Kick back with a refreshing beverage next to the infinity edge pool and enjoy the luxuries of living lakeside at The Hollows. You will need a key fob to enter the club. We have pool noodles, pool bag, picnic blanket, pickleball set, basketball, ice chest and a wagon provided and stored in the garage.

Trailhead Club
Our latest amenity, the Trailhead Club, is located in the Canyons neighborhood and boasts breathtaking views of the Hill Country and Lake Travis. Amenities include a lap-style pool, a covered patio, multiple sport courts, a playground and more. As its name suggests, the Trailhead Club is the perfect place to meet family and friends to enjoy the open space or a poolside get together. Key fob is required fro entrance.

Pool hours are 6am-10pm, **This pool is reserved for lap swim only from 6am-9am daily.**

Courts & Playgrounds
Courts
In the Hollows there are 4 courts total. One is located behind the beach Club and the other 3 are located next to the Trailhead Club. The Beach Club and the Trailhead Club have both Pickle ball and Basketball. We recommend reserving your time. Key fob is required for entrance. We have 2 pickle ball sets and a basketball in the garage.

Hike & Bike Trails
With 8+ miles of paved and native trails throughout our community, your adventure starts before you even reach your destination. The paved nature trails make it easy to load up the golf cart for a lakeside picnic or staycation at the Beach Club. Great for a quick morning workout or an evening walk with friends, these trails were made to keep you moving!

Take a trail to the left of the condo all the way down to the water, bring life jackets and float for a while. Hike 1 minute up the road to the Hilltop Smokehouse for a Hill Country sunset that will take your breath away. Take the trail off the road to the right of the condo and it will take you all the way to the Beach Club.

Fitness Center
You wont have to miss a workout with the well stocked fitness center located at the Beach Club. All new exercise equipment has been added as of June 6, 2022! Get your workout in with treadmill, bike and elliptical cardio equipment options. For strength training smith squat rack, cable weights, dumbbells up to 50lbs, medicine balls and an incline bench are available. The gym is located at the entrance to the Beach Club and does require the key fob for entrance.

Hilltop Smokehouse & Beach Club Grills/Smoker
There are 2 locations in the Hollows to grill/smoke meat. One is at the Beach Club (pictured above) and the other is the Hilltop SmokeHouse. The Hilltop SmokeHouse is a quick 4 minute walk from the condo up the hill. At both locations you will find covered picnic tables, fire pit, sink with water next to grill, bathrooms, electricity, smoker and propane grills. We have grill utensils in the condo in the bottom drawer to the left of the sink.

Wild Hare-Onsite Restaurant & Bar (at the Beach Club)
*Opens in May for the summer DATE TBD
The Wild Hare is an onsite restaurant & bar at the Beach Club. They offer food, drinks and poolside service.

2024 summer hours were:
Tuesday through Thursday & Sunday 11am-8pm, Friday and Saturday 11am-10pm (starting May 9th).
​
*The Beach Club does not allow outside alcohol or any glass containers brought into the area.
*You can bring in your own food & drink in unopened containers, but no alcohol.
